Please use the patient portal to request medication refills or contact the main office directly. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail and allow time for a response.
To help us respond to all patients efficiently, please refrain from leaving multiple messages regarding the same request.
Please note that we do not receive refill requests directly from pharmacies. All refill requests must be submitted to our office by the patient.
Medication refill requests typically take 1–2 business days to process, as we receive a high volume of requests daily. Please note our office operates on a four day business week (Mon-Thurs).
REFILL & APPOINTMENT REQUESTS
• We do not process medication changes or dose adjustments through email. If you need a medication adjustment, please schedule an appointment online.
• When requesting a refill, please include:
• Controlled substance refills require an appointment.
• Per DEA guidelines, patients prescribed controlled substances must be seen at least once every 1–3 months. Medications will not be refilled if an appointment is required.
• If you run out of medication over the weekend, your pharmacy may be able to provide an emergency 3-day supply.
Our answering service is available after hours for urgent or emergency situations only.
Please use the answering service for emergencies that cannot wait until normal business hours.
Routine matters such as medication refills, appointment scheduling, prior authorizations, paperwork, or medication changes will be addressed during regular office hours.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
